    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    20 Green Olives
    3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    3 cups Napa Cabage
    Garlic Powder
    Seasoning Salt (I like Nature's Seasoning)
    Italian Seasoning


This is an easy salad. First add the oil and vinegar. Then the cabbage and onion. Add the green olives last. Then add seasonings of your choice. Then put lid on container and shake. It;s ready to eat. I like it best after is has marinated in the oil vinegar. It makes approximately 10 1/2 cup servings.

    This is a great recipe for cutting the carbs and it taste great but you will have to like olives and cabbage and I love them both. Thanks for the quick fixens. - 2/20/11
