    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
    2 dill pickle spears, diced
    1 slice tomato, diced
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 tbsp mayo
    seasoning salt


dice all ingredients. sprinkle season salt on chicken. fry chicken or grill with the George Foreman. let cool. put diced vegetables into bowl, add cooled chicken chopped, and mayo.
