Ingredients

    6 cups cabbage
    1.25 cups red peppers
    1.5 cups carrots, grated
    1 apple, chopped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise (light)
    1 T agave nectar
    1 T dijon mustard
    2 T lemon juice
    2 tsp chili garlic sauce
    60 grams raw unsalted cashews, chopped

Directions

Mix the veggies together.

Mix all of the rest of the ingredients (for the dressing) except the cashews together and toss salad with dressing.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings
