    1 leaf Bib Lettuce, 1 leaf, large
    1 handful Spinach, fresh
    1/2 Banana
    1/4 Oranges, small
    1 slice Pineapple
    2 large Strawberries, fresh
    3 Dates
    1/4 Avocados, California
    1TB Cashews, raw
    1 cup Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk


Put all ingredients - EXCEPT SOYMILK - into a bag.

Put frozen ingredients into VitaMix.
Add fresh Soymilk
WHIZ until thick.
