Introduction

When I make these pancakes, I make extra and I freeze them to have for a quick breakfast! When I make these pancakes, I make extra and I freeze them to have for a quick breakfast!
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    4 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/2 c. egg beaters
    3 1/3 cups 2% milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 cups blueberries

Directions

Mix Bisquick, egg beaters, milk and vanilla extract. Stir well. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Gently fold in blueberries.

If your griddle doesn't have a non-stick surface, spray it with non-stick spray. Pour pancake batter by 1/4-cup portions onto heated griddle. Turn to cook second side. Remove and keep warm, or serve immediately. Can also be stored in the freezer for later use.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 30 pancakes by using a 1/4 c. measuring cup.
