Number of Servings: 4


    Kroger (or any brand) Frozen Talapia Fillets thawed
    Kikkoman (or any brand) Panko style Bread Crumbs (regular may be used, however you will lose the crunchiness) You may add any seasoning to to bread crumbs for added flaor.I add sea salt, garlic powder and four corn ground pepper.
    4 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (any brand) to coat fish and help bread crumbs stick.


You will need two shallow dishes (1 for bread crumbs and 1 for EVOO)
Take thawed fillets, dip they in EVOO and then in bread crumbs transfer to a foil lined and sprayed with cooking spray baking sheet
Bake at 350 for about 20 min (or until fish flakes with fork)

Serving Size: 1 Talapia Fillet
