Ingredients

    1 lb romain lettuce
    1/2 - 1 lb bean sprouts
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1can sliced water chestnuts
    5 crisp bacon slices
    fresh mushrooms, sliced

    Dressing: 1/2 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp salt
    1 small grated onion
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

Wash and pat dry lettuce. Tear or cut into bite size pieces. Add bean sprouts, chopped eggs, water chestnuts, crumbled bacon and sliced mushrooms. Toss.

Dressing: Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
