    1 small Apple , chopped 120 gram(s)
    1 Onions, chopped 134 grams
    Butter salted 11 gram(s)
    Rice Bran oil 1/2 tbsp 6.75 gram(s)
    Garam masala, 0.75 tsp
    Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Cumin ground, 0.5 tsp
    Coriander seed, 0.5 tsp
    Cinnamon ground, 0.25 tsp
    Sultanas 25 gram(s)
    Apricots chopped 30 gram(s)
    chopped almonds 15 gram(s)
    Frutie brown sauce 15g 1tbsp,
    Mixed spice or apple pie spice 2.5 gram(s)
    Herbs dried mix, 1 tsp
    Parsley,1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Milk fresh skimmed 100 gram(s)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large beaten with milk
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp


Heat halogen oven for just a couple of minutes before putting casserole in.


Fry onion till soft in fat & oil. Add and brown meat. Add crushed garlic clove and mix well. Add all other ingredients except topping and mix. Put in ovenproof casserole and top with beaten egg and milk. Grate nutmeg over top. Place in halogen oven and cook for 30 minutes at 160C on low rack. Serves 2 to 3.
