    3/4 cup ripened banana, mashed
    1/4 cup nonfat, plain yogurt
    1/4 cup sugar substitute
    2 tbsp + 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup raisins
    1/3-1/4 cup sugar substitute
    1 tbsp cinnamon


Make sure to use UNSWEETENED applesauce. I did not and it was super extra almost-can't-handle-it sweet, which is saying a lot given the sweet tooth I have!


1. Beat sugar substitute and 2 tbsp applesauce together. Add remaining applesauce, vanilla, and egg. Beat. Fold in banana and yogurt.
2. Separately, whisk flours, baking powder, and salt together. Add to wet mixture - 1/2 cup at a time - until combined. Fold in raisins.
3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
4. Mix cinnamon and sugar substitute. Pour half of batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture over batter. Pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining mixture onto top of batter.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
6. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Size: About 8 pieces
