Primal Cheese Crisps

0.2 oz or so (a big pinch) of shredded 100% cheddar cheese.

The commercial Crisps I bought were made with Parmesan cheese. I think that cheddar makes a tastier treat.
Much better product if you shred the cheese yourself or make sure no "added fiber" was part of your package of cheese.
When they are cool, lift them from the sheet with a spatula.
So easy, so fast, so good! I wish I had some sour cream to put on them right now, but I am out.
Alternate (and better tasting results) method, though slower, is to put them in a 350 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 1 cracker
