    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1 small clove garlic minced
    Pinch of cayenne
    coarse salt
    1 ripe avocado
    1/2 bell pepper (I used red)
    1/8 chopped red onion
    1 TBS fresh chopped cilantro or parsley


In small bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, and cayenne.
Season with salt
Scoop out meat from avocado halves and chop. Transfer to a bowl and add bell pepper, onion and cilantro/parsley.
Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Gently stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into avocado shells and enjoy!
