Ingredients

    Sweet potato, cooked, 2 medium
    green onion = 1 stalk, 3 serving
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper seeded and chopped
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 0.5 tsp
    Allspice, .25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium

Directions

cook peeled and chopped potatoes until fork tender drain and then mash then in a frying pan cook chopped pepper onions and garlic until tender blended with sweet potatoe and egg fry in pan with cooking oil until brown on both sides may not hold together very well but they are very good if you over cook the potatoe salt and pepper to taste

makes 8 third cup cakes
