    1 lb ground beef
    15 oz kidney beans
    4 oz diced jalapenos (1/2 can to tone down the heat)
    14 1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
    6 oz tomatoe paste
    10 3/4 oz tomatoe soup
    4 oz stems & pieces mushrooms
    4 1/2 oz olives (chopped ripe)
    1 soup can of water
    3-4 shakes of chile powder (enough to cover meat)
    3-4 stalks of celery (chopped)
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 green bell pepper (chopped)


Brown ground beef in large pot. Drain grease. Add all other ingredients and simmer.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 5 2 cup servings
