    1 c. warm water
    3 T. honey
    1 pkt. dry yeast
    1/4 c. bread flour
    2 T. olive oil
    1 c. wheat or oat bran
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. bread flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 T. vital wheat gluten
    1/3 c. ground flax seed meal
    1 t. salt
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds


Mix 1 c. warm water, honey, yeast, oil, and 1/4 c. bread flour in mixing cup; set aside for 10 minutes.

Mix bran and 1 c. warm water; set aside for 5 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add yeast and bran and mix until thoroughly combined. Set in warm spot and let rise for 45 minutes. Punch down and knead again. Divide into two loaves; place in greased bread pan. Set in warm spot and let rise again for 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake risen bread for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool.
