Introduction

These have a great taste and texture. Plus they're very easy to make! These have a great taste and texture. Plus they're very easy to make!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    3 tsp baking pwdr
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c sugar
    3 c Raisin Bran cereal
    1 1/4 c water
    1 egg beaten
    1/3 c applesauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cereal and water in bowl, mix and let set for 1 to 2 minutes. Add applesauce and egg; beat well. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add to wet ingredients, stirring only until combined. Bake in greased muffin pan at 400 for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
