Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat pasta
    1 cup turkey meat, diced
    1-2 cups frozen vegetables
    1 cup alfredo sauce

Tips

You can omit the turkey for a vegetarian option, and can use any sauce, or make your own alfredo if you're feeling up to a challenge.


Directions

Boil the pasta about 7 minutes. Once slightly harder than al dente, add the turkey meat and vegetables and boil another 5 minutes or until finished cooking. Drain and toss with the alfredo sauce.
