    Mushrooms 2 medium chopped
    Butter 1 Tbsp
    Egg 3
    Egg Beaters 4 Tbsp
    Prego Meat Sauce Italian Sausage & Garlic 1/2 C
    Lean Ground Beef 1.5oz Browned and drained
    Johnsonville Pork & Chicken Italian Sausage 1/2 link Cooked and chopped
    Combine Prego, Ground Beef and Italian sausage in a bowl and Microwave for 1 Minute.
    Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim 2 oz
    Kraft Three Cheese Parmesan Cheese 2 Tbsp
    Garlic Salt to taste
    Basil to taste
    Pepper to tastes


Add Onions and Peppers if desired


Pre-Heat oven to broil
1) Bring a 9" Non-Stick skillet to Medium High Heat
2) Mix Eggs and Egg Beaters
3) Add 1/2 butter to skillet
4) Add Mushrooms and saute till tender
5) Add 1/2 Egg mixture to pan. let cook 30 seconds then slide rubber spatula under cooked eggs and lift, slightly tip pan so uncooked eggs can run under cooked eggs. Repeat process going around perimeter of pan until uncooked eggs are mostly gone. Cook 15 - 20 seconds then flip/turn. Let cook 10 - 20 seconds.
6) Add 1/4 of sauce mixture then Mozzarella to top of omelet and fold out onto sheet pan lined with non-stick foil then add 1/4 of Sauce mixture and Mozzarella to top of omelet. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Parmesan.
7) Repeat all above for second Omelet then put in oven on middle rack till Mozzarella is melted and Parmesan starts to brown.

Serving Size: Makes 2 3 Egg Omelets
