    black beans 1 can
    courgettes 2
    onion 1/2
    mushroom 6
    cauliflower 1/2
    Can of Tomatoes
    walnuts 75g
    Lite Cream cheese 85g
    feta 100g
    hebs etc to taste


This freezes well.


chop veggies how you want them, put in pan with a drop off water, slid on sweat them off, (5 minst) add black beans tomatoes anything else you fancy eg veggies I did put in 1 stalk of celery,
roast walnuts in oven approx 8 mins add to pan crumble in your hand as you add them
season garlic mixed herbs salt, add lite cream cheese, ,
serve with crumbed feta and some fresh chopped herbs
