Number of Servings: 8


    500ml whipping cream
    4 egg yolks
    0.5 vanilla pod, slit open and scraped
    5 tablespoons Splenda


Heat cream in a saucepan over a low heat. Whisk in one egg yolk at a time. Add vanilla pod scrapings and whisk until custard starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and cool. Beat one tablespoon of Splenda at a time into cooled custard.
Refrigerate and eat by itself, or pour over a lovely slice of low carb sponge cake. Yum.

Serving Size: Divide into eight 62g servings
