Number of Servings: 8


    1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles
    2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
    2 (12 ounce) cans healthy cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 ounce) can peas
    1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 tbsp country crock light butter
    1 onion
    1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper
    hot sauce (to taste)


Boil egg noodles
Separately saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent
Mix the soup with 1 1/2 cans of water until creamy consistency
Combine all of the ingredients and pour into casserole dish
Top with panko bread crumbs and drizzle with light butter
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
