Fruit pies are my husband's all time favorite of all! Fruit pies are my husband's all time favorite of all!
Number of Servings: 8


    4 cups fresh or frozen fruit
    (apples, peaches, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    (If using blueberries, add 1/2 cup flour instead)


Mix fruit, sugar and flour. Add a dash of salt.
Pour into "Best Pie Crust".
Put 5 or 6 slabs of margarine over fruit.
Cover with top crust.
Seal, poke fork holes in top, lightly sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mmmmm good, with or without vanilla ice cream on top.
