Kroger Potatoes O'Brien, 3 oz (remove)
Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 2 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Egg white, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

Cook Potatoes in a non-stick skillet. Cook Bacon in Microwave for 2 minutes or to doneness of your liking. Break 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites into a bowl. whisk until incorporated and bubbly.

heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. spray with a spritz of cooking spray. Add eggs. Place in fillings and flip. If your omelete breaks (which oftern happens to me) this works really well as a scramble.
