Very vegetably turkey chili! Very vegetably turkey chili!
Number of Servings: 10


    2.5 lbs turkey lean ground
    1 large onion chopped
    3 bell peppers any color
    1 Serrano pepper
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    4 tbsp olive oil
    Cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper


Saute onions peppers and garlic In olive oil.. Add turkey, brown the meat add spices and remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for a bit.

Serving Size: 10 bowls
