PILLSBURY, Grands Crescent Rolls, 2 tubes
    4 oz Swiss Cheese
    Genoa Salami, 4 oz
    4 oz Provolone Cheese
    4 oz Ham
    4 oz mozarella Cheese
    4 oz Pepperoni
    1 cup roasted red peppers
    3 large Eggs
    2 TBS parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350.
Lightly grease 9 X 13 pan.
Unroll one tube of crescent dough and place in bottom of pan, making it fit. Top with one layer of each of cheeses and meats as listed, then the roasted peppers. Beat eggs and parmesan cheese and pour 3/4 of it over the peppers. Unroll the second tube of crescent dough and lay on top. Brush remaining egg mix on top of dough. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold. These freeze and reheat really well.
