    4oz (3 links) Breakfst Sausage, cut up
    1/4cup green bell pepper
    1/4cup chopped onion
    1cup liquid eggs (eggbeaters)
    1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese


1. Coat 6 muffin cups with spray. Preheat oven 350degrees
2. In skillet over medium high heat, cook sausage, pepper & onion for 5 minutes or until the sausage in brown. Spoon mixture into a bowl. Cool slightly. Stir in egg substitute.
3. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pans. Sprinkle with cheese
4. Bake 20 minutes or until egg is set
