Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c quick cooking oats
    1 c water
    dash salt
    1 tbl dried cranberries, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp maple or pancake syrup
    1-2 tsp packed brown sugar

Directions

Mix oats, salt and water in a 3 cup bowl.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
Add cranberries and microwave another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, watching that the mixture does not overflow the bowl.
Stir and top with syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Makes 1 filling serving!

    Very Good
    Super quick & easy! Substituted water with milk (using a little less then 1c to make it a little thicker), and didn't use cranberries, but still really good! - 9/28/11
