    * *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 100 grams
    * Broccoli, fresh, 100 grams
    * Onions, raw, 50 grams
    * Carrots, raw, 50 grams
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 80 grams
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    * Garlic, 1 clove


In a steamer steam the broccoli.
Cut your onions and carrots Julliane style.
Seed and cut the tomatos.
Prep the ginger and Garlic.
Cook the pasta. (a little later, so as to not to over cook)

In a vok take a little water, bring it to boil, throw in the onion, garlic and ginger. Cook until the onions get translucent. Add in the broccoli and tomatoes. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add in the pasta. Add the seasoning, and the sesame oil and the soy sauce (go easy on these two ingredients as they really should be added according to taste.) Add the hot sauce (again according to taste) Cook for about two minutes,

Stir-fry is done.
