    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb cut into cubes
    Flour, whole grain, 0.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Zucchini, 1 cup, shredded
    A-1 Steak Sauce - 1Tablespoon,
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Snap peas, 1.5 cup
    1 quart water
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp Herbs de Provence (optional)
    1 tsp Adadaba spice (optional)
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp


Cut onions and potatoes into quarters. Slice garlic and carrots. When choosing beef, if available, buy stew meat already cut into cubes or cut into large bite size peices. Mix flour, salt and pepper, dredge beef in flour. Place oil in frying pan, heat until hot, add meat and saute until brown. Take off heat and place in slow cooker. Add water and all other ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Makes 8-10 servings.
