Ingredients

    *Dried Apples, SunMaid, 1/2 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Graham Crackers, cinnamon, 3 cracker (2-1/2" square)
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp unpacked
    Butter, salted, 1 tsp

Tips

I used home dehydrated apples with no problem.


Directions

Pour boiling water over dried apples and let sit for 5-10 minutes. While apples are soaking crumble the graham crackers into a small bowl, add cinnamon, salt, brown sugar. Cut in the butter. Drain the apples. Put the apples on the bottom of a microwave safe dish. Add vanilla then put the topping on the apples. Microwave for 1 minute, longer if using fresh apples.
