Number of Servings: 10


    6 Large Egg Whites
    3/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
    6 packets Splenda
    1/4 cup Sugar
    3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp Almond Extract
    1/8 tsp Salt
    3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
    1/2 cup (less 1 T) Flour


This cake can be served plain, with glaze, or with strawberries and whip cream. Really however you would like.


Preheat over to 375 degrees

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar on medium until frothy

Gradually add the Splenda, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt on high speed and beat until stiff

Mix the powdered sugar and flour in a separate bowl

Gradually add the dry mixture to the batter and fold in with a spatula

Push batter into an ungreased bundt pan and bake for about 20 minutes (cake should spring back when touched)

Remove cake from over and hand upside down for at least two hours while the cake cools

Serving Size: Makes 10 decent slices
