    2 cups Uncooked Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta
    4 T Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    3 T Flour
    2 cups Skim Milk
    2 1/2 cups Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
    1 cup Swiss Cheese
    10 Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers, Crushed
    Butter Spray


You can uncover the dish and bake it for an additional 5 minutes if you like the top browned a little


Preheat over to 350 degrees

Cook the pasta as directed

Melt the butter in a sauce pan and then stir in the flour to create a paste.

Gradually add milk and then bring to a boil

Slowly add the shredded cheese until it is fully melted

Put the pasta in a 9x13 baking dish and then pour the cheese sauce over the pasta

Sprinkle the Ritz crackers over the mixture and then spray with the butter spray

Cover and bake for 45 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 12 3x4" squares
