Ingredients

1 1/4 turkey taco meat (my recipe here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1980737)
4 recipes of Zac's 'Refried' Black Beans (recipe here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1199710)
1 jar hot jalepenos, drained and diced
2 cups salsa
1 cat hormel turkey chili with beans
8 Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Wedges
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 pound easy melt cheese
1 package (1.75 cups) Mexican Cheddar Jack (made with 2% milk) cheese
Directions
After making the taco meat and beans, combine remaining ingredients (except cheese) in crockpot.
Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Cut easy melt cheese into small pieces. Put on top.
Cook on low 1 more hour. Stir melted cheese in. Top with cheddar jack shredded cheese. Heat until melted. Serve!
Serving Size: Makes about 75 1/4 cup servings.
