    6 Apples, fresh, 6 medium sliced
    1 pkg Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 eggs
    3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake


This is not a very sweet and seems like it's missing something. If I make it again I think I would add caramel topping or ice cream, or just leave out the cream cheese mixture.


slice the apples and toss with cinnamon & sugar
pour apples in pie crusts
beat cream cheese and eggs together
pour cream cheese mixture over apples in crusts
bake for 40 min at 350
