    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Garlic, 6 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Hunts Organic Crushed Tomatoes, 14oz can
    S&W Premium White Beans, 15oz can
    Private Selection Organic Pinto Beans, 15oz can
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp or more to taste
    Mrs. Dash Salt-free Garlic & Herb Seasoning, capful or more to taste


Chop onions, garlic and celery. Put in soup pot with olive oil and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add all liquids. Add beans (rinse and drain them first). Add seasonings. Cook for 1-2 hours on low heat until done.
