Ingredients

    2 Tbs flax seed
    1 Tbs bee pollen
    3-4 ice cubes
    1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk
    1 scoop protien powder vanilla (EAS brand was used for nutrition information)
    1/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 medium banana

Directions

If flax seed is whole put in blender and blend until it is ground. Add ice cubes & bee pollen & blend untl ice is crushed. Add yogurt, soy milk, protien powder and blend for 10 seconds. Add blueberries & bananna and blend until smooth.
