    1 lg. head of Cauliflower
    1 T Dijon Mustard
    1 T. Mayo
    1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
    1 1/2 T. Butter


Steam head of cauliflower. Put in bowl. Combine Mayo and Dijon together. Pour over cauliflower and combine. Spread in an 8 x 8 pan, sprinkle with parm cheese, dot with butter and bake for 15 min at 350 degrees
