I made this last night and had it for lunch and dinner today after letting it sit overnight. Absolutely delicious-I will make this again and again. Used dried cherries, baked turkey breast, and 1.5 T smart start mayo due to what I had on hand. - 10/7/08

I have made this for years and love it. To make it a summer treat I replace the cranberries with seedless grapes cut into halves. - 5/3/08

My fiance and I both really enjoyed this recipe. In fact he was a little freaked out about the fruit and chicken together and mumbled something about health food and me trying to kill him...lol! But he ended up loving it and eating most of it!!! This was great. - 10/7/08

I made this today for lunch and it was excellent. I substituted 1/4 cup craisins for cranberries as I had no cranberries on hand. I also used fat free greek yogurt for extra zing. - 10/6/08

I made this for dinner last night and it was fabulous! The only thing I did different was add some chopped green pepper and some salt at the end. This will replace canned tuna as a protein option for me for lunches! :-) - 5/3/08

This recipe tastes much better than the list of ingredients (or even a picture) would have you believe. I doubled the curry powder and chopped the chicken breast into very small cubes- makes for better coating. Will make again and again! - 2/27/11

I love this! Have been looking for ways to replace mayonnaise with yogurt for lighter eating. I added some chopped pecans and served it over a spring lettuce mixed with a sprinkle of lemon. Delicious! Thank you! - 5/23/10

I had this for lunch today and I loved it. I did not have any yougart, but only used 2 TBS of Mayo. It was still pretty moist because I did a good job with the chicken. Keep those tasty recepies going! - 5/3/08

  • I made it 3 times, the 1st time, used the yogurt, everyone complained that the mayo sucked, so made it with light mayo and it was well received. Fat Free mayo is just chemicals folks, use light and be happy. Good recipe, and you can add stuff to it if you have persnickety friends. - 10/13/15

  • *I have made a similar version of "Waldorf salad" for years - As well as using chicken breast - 1) I add either pecans or walnuts; 2) probably some celery if on hand; 3) craisins AND use only LEMON-flavored yogurt for the dressing - with NO mayo of any kind.*AND serve on a bed of shredded lettuce - 10/13/15

  • It was tasty though I think it needs more curry and was a little dry. I couldn't figure out how to divide out 1/12 for a serving size. Any suggestions? I'm really trying hard to stay within 1200 calories. - 10/13/15

  • I made this today. I used low fat sour cream instead of yogurt due to hubby. I also added a hard boiled egg. It was very good, and hubby commented several times on how good it was. If I had not had the cranberries, I would have used raisins or grapes. - 10/13/15

  • Great recipe! Versatile! Made it with what I had on hand--baked turkey breast, craisins, and apple. Added chopped walnuts and finely chopped fresh spinach. It actually was even better after sitting overnight in the fridge. Great as a salad or a sandwich (I used 15-grain bread). - 10/13/15
