    - 3/4c whole wheat flour
    - 1c all-purpose flour
    - 3 tsp baking powder
    - 1/4 tsp salt
    - 1/2 c Splenda
    - 1/2 c margarine
    - 1 egg
    - 3/4c 1% milk
    - 2 tsp cinnamon
    - 1 cup chopped apples


- In Lg bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and 1/4 c. Splenda

- Add margarine and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

- Blend egg and milk together. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Gently fold in apples.

- Line 12 muffin tins with paper. Mix remaining Splenda with cinnamon in a small bowl.

- Spoon batter in tins, dividing evenly. Sprinkle tops w/ Splenda-cinnamon.

- Bake at 44F for 20-25min until golden.

***You can use 3/4 cup any berries or fresh peaches in place of apples!
