    1 can black beans- drained and rinsed
    10 oz spinach os 2 bunches rinsed and de-stemmed
    1 onion diced
    1 tbs oil
    .5 cup enchilada sauce


heat oil in skillet
saute onion till translucent
add beans
heat trough
add spinach till wilted
