Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    4 large cloves garlic, peeled
    3 anchovy fillets
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon mustard
    The juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
    1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
    1 tsp lemon pepper
    1 tbsp caper berries
    2 eggs

Tips

I have added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese to this in the past and it makes it thicker and creamier.Adjust garlic to your taste.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor.Whiz a few seconds to combine everything.Then with the food processor going pour olive oil in a slow steady stream.
