Ingredients

2 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Tips
You can use any dried fruit, nuts, yogurt/chocolate chips that you want. Just make sure to recalculate the nutritional information.
Directions
Mix everything together and press into greased 11X13 pan. It's not going to stick together, and will seem very crumbly, but press down into pan until it forms. Bake at 325 for 20 mins or until the edges are brown. Take it out and let it cool all the way before cutting into strips. Store in freezer bags or tupperware containers.
