    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 3 cup (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
    *Barilla Lasagna (3 pcs), 2 serving (remove)
    Thyme, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder and onion powder


Season and brown the turkey. Add the tomato sauce, some thyme, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and salt to taste. Simmer.

Prepare the filling by mixing the ricotta, mozzarella, egg and some parsley or thyme, salt and pepper.

Spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Layer 2 noodles on, then 1/2 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3rd of the sauce, then 2 noodles, then 1/2 the ricotta, 1/3rd of the sauce, then 2 noodles, then 1/3rd sauce and finish with some extra grated mozzarella cheese.

Cook covered for 40 minutes, and then uncover and broil for 1-2 minutes.
