    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    .5 cup onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    Celery, 0.5 cup, chopped
    .5 cup chopped,green pepper

    16 oz Beef Hot Link Sausage, sliced

    1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    Tobasco Sauce, to taste
    1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
    salt, iodized, to taste
    black pepper, to taste

    2 cup cranberry (or other red) beans (cooked
    3.5 cups water
    3 cups Minute Rice - Premium Long Grain White Rice (uncooked)


Heat oil in large skillet.
Saute onions, garlic, celery and green pepper until tender.
Add sausage and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add sauces, seasonings, beans and water. Bring to boil.
Add uncooked rice.
Cover, turn off heat, and let stand for 5 minutes.
