    10 roma tomatoes, cut into 8ths
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup fresh basil leaves, rough chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    5 cloves garlic
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated


Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce starts to form.

Add basil and simmer just till wilted. Toss with your favorite pasta and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
