    I filled a 1 Cup Measuring Cup up with my favorite frozen fruit. Add all these ingredients in the order listed.

    1/2 C. Tropicana OJ Lite & Healthy
    1/3 C. Frozen Strawberries
    1/3 C. Frozen Blueberries
    1/3 C. Frozen Peaches
    1/2 Container Yoplait Light/Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt.

    Blend in blender or smoothie maker for about 3-4 minutes or until well blended...and voila! This is so good and a great source of your fruit even when it's not in season. My husband and kids love this!!

    I measure my fruit out on Sundays for 1 weeks worth of smoothies to save time during the weekday mornings.


Makes 1 serving!

This provides over 100% of the daily recomended amount of Vitamin C. It's high in carbs but if you have it in the A.M. you will be able to burn them off!
