    Water, tap, 7 fl oz
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp
    *TJ Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1 serving
    *TJ Farms Berry Medley (frozen mixed berries), .90 cup


You can use any kind of berries/fruit. :)


Put it all in a blender, mix til smooth.
