    Olive Oil, 1 Tbs
    1 can Bush's Cannellin beans drained and rinsed
    8oz fresh mushrooms - sliced
    1 onion sliced
    2 stalks of fresh broccoli
    Chicken Broth, 3 fl oz
    Kikkoman soy sauce
    13oz. Baby Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cut
    3 cloves garlic - peeled & sliced thin


Boil potatoes until softened. Add beans to the water and let sit for a couple minutes. Drain then mash adding chicken broth. (keep warm)

in a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Continue to stir occasionally. add chicken broth as necessary to keep moist. when onions are softened add broccoli and cook for another few minutes. Add soy sauce and stir to heat through and mix.

Plate the potatoes and add the skillet toppings evenly.
