    4 C Chicken Broth
    1 - 2 packages of chicken bouillon (to taste)
    1 lb of chicken strips
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    1 C each of mushrooms, yellow and zuccini squash and white asparagus
    8 Tbsp of Evaporated milk
    1 Can of bisquits cut in half of quarters


This can also be done in the slow cooker. Either cook the chicken ahead of time (approx 2 hrs.) on high, then add the remaining seasoning and veggies. Add the milk and bisquits and cook on high for another 30 - 45 mins.


Add 4 cups of Chicken broth, bouillon, salt, pepper and chicken strips in pan over med - high heat. Cook for approx. 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove the chicken and cut in cubes. Drain the mushrooms, and add the other veggies to the broth and chicken and cook until tender. Reduce the heat and add the milk and stir. Bring the heat back to medium and add the bisquits. Cook covered for 10 min and another 10 uncovered.
