These cakes are great served with broiled asparugus and carrots. These cakes are great served with broiled asparugus and carrots.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can crab drained
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 cup corn
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup chopped red onion

Directions

just mix all ingredients together and form 4 cakes and cooked over medium heat on lightly sprayed pan for 3 to 4 mins each side

Serving Size: makes 4 cakes
