1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup corn
2 egg whites
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Directions
just mix all ingredients together and form 4 cakes and cooked over medium heat on lightly sprayed pan for 3 to 4 mins each side
