Ingredients

    1 T Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1 T Flour
    1 1/4 cups Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Tips

Can be used over pasta or eggs or vegetables or even over toast for a light Welsh Rabbit


Directions

Melt butter then add flour to make a paste

Gradually add milk stirring constantly

Then add cheese and continue stirring until cheese is completely melted
